What are my payment options?
Online orders can be processed using VISA or MASTERCARD.
If you prefer to pay by credit card, but not enter this information online (even though our site is totally secure!),
then please call us at 519-780-2800, and provide your credit card information over the phone.
At the time your order is shipped, your credit card will be billed for the total order amount, which includes the price(s) of the product(s), shipping charges, and taxes (where applicable).
How will I know you received my order?
When we receive your order, a confirmation e-mail is sent to you.
What if I change my mind, can I cancel an order?
Sure! From the time of your purchase, you have 24 hours to cancel your order.
Just send an e-mail with the order details:
order ID, first & last name, address, items purchased, and which items are being cancelled.
Please note: An order is not considered cancelled until you receive an e-mail confirmation from Pretty Chic Boutique.
Can I return an item?
Of course! We want you to be absolutely happy with your purchase!
Returns to Pretty Chic Boutique must be submitted within 14 days of receipt of the item, with the shipping costs paid by the customer, via an insured method (Canada Post, USPS Insured or Registered Mail) and with a tracking number.
Please do not use FedEx or UPS.
All returns and exchanges require a Return Authorization (RA) number to be issued.
Contact Pretty Chic Boutique within 14 days of receiving the purchased item, to receive your Return Authorization number.
Once we receive the item, you will be reimbursed for the cost of the purchase, less the shipping costs.
There will be a $5 re-stocking fee applied to each item returned.
All returned items must be in unused condition and in their original packaging.
Pretty Chic Boutique reserves the right to determine whether or not a returned item is in its unused and original condition. Pretty Chic Boutique does not accept any returns via COD.
What happens if an item arrives damaged?
A damaged item, will be replaced free of charge by us, just be sure to notify
Pretty Chic Boutique and the shipping company within 24 hours of receipt.
We require that you take photographs and send them (via mail or e-mail) to us, so that we can recoup our losses with the shipping company.
Pretty Chic Boutique cannot give returns or exchanges for items that are lost or damaged during return shipping.
This is covered by the courier’s insurance policy.
Please be advised that all orders returning to us from the USA or Internationally
must state the worth of the package as no more than $20, and the full reason for the return.
It must also state that it was made in Canada.
Under no circumstances will we pay customs on a return order. We will not accept it, and it will be shipped back to you.
All purchases on SALE and/or CLEARANCE are FINAL.
What if I order something that is time sensitive and it is delivered too late?
There can be delays in shipping time, customs delays, and other variables that are beyond our control.
Please leave yourself ample shipping time to allow for these variables.
If an item is not received when you absolutely need it, let us know, and when it does arrive, refuse shipment.
By doing this, shipping will only have to be paid once.
If you choose to not accept delivery of an item due to a shipping delay, your credit card charges will be reversed upon the item's safe arrival back to us, less the original shipping costs.
What are the Shipping Costs?
Pretty Chic Boutique uses Canada Post XpressPost – this allows us to insure our items, and track each delivery.
As a result, it costs a little more than regular mail, but you will receive it faster, and we can confirm receipt.
Shipping in Ontario & Quebec: $8
Shipping in Canada, excluding Ontario & Quebec: $12
FREE SHIPPING in Canada, on orders over $150 (before taxes)
Shipping in USA is $20
FREE SHIPPING in USA, on orders over $200 (before taxes)
Customs charges and/or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

How long will it take to receive my order?
If the item is in stock, it will ship within 2 business days.
Actual delivery time will depend on the method of delivery, and the destination.
You can track the delivery of your purchase through the web site, by clicking on Order Status, located on the Home Page.
Just enter your Order ID number, which was issued with the order, and your e-mail address.
You will be able to track your package every step of the way!
If the item is not in stock, don’t worry! We will send you an e-mail to let you know.
You can then confirm if you want to wait, or cancel your order.
The item will usually be shipped within 1-2 weeks.
How does the Wishlist work?
The Wishlist is a great idea for Birthdays, Anniversaries, Wedding Parties, Christmas, etc!
Click on the "shop" page of the website.
Login, using your e-mail address and password.
(Please note: First time Wishlist users, will be required to register with the system.)
For any piece of jewellery you may be interested in, simply click on the "Add to Wishlist" button (located under the "Add to Cart" button).
Once you are happy with your Wishlist, you have the option to e-mail it to friends and family!
Your wishlist can be revised/updated at anytime!
What is your Privacy Policy?
Pretty Chic Boutique collects online information for the sole purpose of serving you quickly, conveniently, and to the best of our ability.
We will not share or sell customer information to any outside parties...ever.
